Alexander Woods is a new residential development in southern Wake County, located in close proximity to Raleigh and Cary. Terrain varies from open fields to mature woodland and from gently sloping to greater slopes suitable for basements. Most of the lots are sufficiently wide to allow for the construction of a one-story home.

Phase I and II have a total of 29 lots, 23 of which have occupied homes, two have speculative homes for sale ( Lot 31 and Lot 24). Four lots are available for presale home package. This information is current as of March 28, 2008.
Phase III has 27 lots now ready for home construction. The lot sizes range from .69 to 3.25 acres. Please refer to the Phase III map.
